Processing your order
On the average, it takes about 3 days to put together your products and package them, depending on the product, demand and its availability. Once the order is packaged, we hand it over to our partners for delivery.

Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item, ensure you return them in the original packing, labels, etc. All items must be clean, unwashed, unworn and unused. Kindly contact firstname.lastname@example.org, please include your order information (see order email confirmation) within 14 days of receiving the package.
We offer a limit of one exchange per order that meets the criteria for another item, colour or size; subject to product availability.
All shipping charges are borne by the customer but, if you received a faulty garment or an incorrect order, we will bear the cost of shipping the new item [s] to you.

I'd like to cancel my order, how can I do that?
If you haven't paid for the order yet, simply log into your account, or access your shopping cart, click on the “remove” link for the item you wish to remove, or remove all items and exit the cart.

The item I want is out of stock. Will you be restocking?
Some of our products may be restocked but to be on the safe side, you can create an account on our page and add items to your wishlist, we will let know when they become available and back in stock again. Also on some items it is possible to pre-order if it is out of stock, if you are not sure whether you can pre order an item ask us at firstname.lastname@example.org, be sure to include a link to the item or the item name, model or description.
All items displayed are in stock, you may check the available color and size from the drop down boxes on the product page. Only the colors and sizes available will appear.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Can I buy different top and bottom sizes bikini?
Yes it is possible provided the product page displays top and bottom sizes.
You can also purchase tops and bottoms separately.
However, if the bikini displays only one single size then you cannot mix and match different sizes and styles.
I'm not very sure of my size, what should I do?
There's a size guide on each product listing, click on a garment to see the different measurements of each garment to determine your correct size.
My swimwear doesn't fit, can I return it?
Yes you can! As long as it's unused, unwashed, unworn and returned with the tags attached. Please refer to our return policy for all terms and conditions and further instructions on returning your items.
Is there a deadline for a return?
You have a 14 day period to return your purchase without any reason, provided you meet our return policy guidelines.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping when returning a product. We take care of the cost of shipping replacements to you.
Who will be responsible for the returning shipping costs?

The product can be shipped to the address stated on the system generated return form. If you do not have a system generated envelope please contact us at email@example.com for instructions on ship your return.
